Kennedy are required by law to be released October 25th; and President Donald Trump says he won't block the release. However, no one knows if all the files will be release and if it will for once and all either confirm or deny the many conspiracy theories about the case, such as the motives of Lee Harvey Oswald or what the government knew about the alleged assassin. Eighty eight percent (88%) of the collection has been open in full and released to the public since the late 1990s. "The records at issue are documents previously identified as assassination records, but withheld in full or withheld in part."
